Return Policy
At MOD tactical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our return policy:
30-Day Return Window: We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
Proof of Purchase Required: To complete your return, we will require either a receipt or proof of purchase.
Manufacturer Returns: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please follow our return process for assistance.
Partial Refunds: In some situations, we may grant partial refunds if applicable:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Check Your Bank Account: First, check your bank account to ensure the refund hasn't been processed. Sometimes, it may take a few business days for it to appear.

Contact Your Credit Card Company: Contact your credit card company if you paid by credit card. Refunds can take some time before they are officially posted to your account.

Contact Your Bank: Reach out to your bank. There may be some processing time on their end before the refund is posted.

Still No Refund?: If you've completed these steps and haven't received your refund, please contact us at modtactical@outlook.com.
Sale Items (if applicable):
- Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
- We only process exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send an email to modtactical@outlook.com, and we will provide you with the shipping address.
Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will receive information about your return.
Shipping:

We will provide you with the shipping address for returns.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without proper tracking.
